Return Policy

At "Sportsequipmentondemand.com" We do not accept returns for any reason other than if you receive a damaged product. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide us with proof of the damage (e.g. pictures or videos) ,you do not need to return the product to us. You may keep or discard the faulty product as you see fit. We will send you a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we cannot replace a damaged product if it has been used, altered, or damaged due to improper use or handling.

We strongly recommend inspecting your package carefully upon receipt and notifying us of any damage as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in a delay or denial of your claim.
